At Luxoria & Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at luxoria.co@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

Upon verification, Luxoria & Co. will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. For all other exchanges, customers may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
