Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, package weight, and order value.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Luxoria & Co. proudly ships to select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–10 business days (where available)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Luxoria & Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Luxoria & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered.

  • Stolen packages after delivery.

  • Carrier-related shipping delays.

  • Delays caused by weather, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier limitations, or local regulations.

Luxoria & Co. reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the requested location.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
